2. Purpose and nature of the sale
The products offered are sold on a pre-order basis during a dated ordering window. The Drop 001 window opens on 12 September 2026 at 14:33 and closes on 12 October 2026 at 14:33. Production begins after the window closes, for the exact volume of orders received. No quantity is limited: there is no displayed stock and nothing can sell out.
Each piece is given a number corresponding to the order’s rank in the sequence of confirmed payments. This number identifies a contribution; it does not constitute a limited edition and carries no guaranteed collectable value.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, with French VAT at 20% included. For a price of €69.00, the VAT portion amounts to €11.50. Any delivery charges are shown before payment is confirmed and are added to the price of the products.
The amount donated to the association for each piece sold is fixed in euros and displayed on the product page. It is not affected by the use of a promotional code.
4. Order and payment
Orders are placed without creating an account. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd; no bank card data passes through or is stored on our servers. The order becomes binding upon confirmation of payment, evidenced by a confirmation email bearing the contributor number.
We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order that is manifestly fraudulent or placed in breach of these terms.
5. Delivery
Delivery within metropolitan France and the European Union, to the address given at payment. Shipping is estimated at 6 to 8 weeks after 12 October 2026. This timeframe is a production estimate given in good faith; any significant delay will be announced by email.
In accordance with Article L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), where no date is specified, the seller delivers no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract. The pre-order nature of this sale expressly entails a longer timeframe, accepted by the buyer at the time of ordering and restated on the product page and on the payment screen.
If the announced delivery date is exceeded, the buyer may, after giving formal notice (mise en demeure) that remains unheeded within a reasonable period, terminate the contract and obtain a full refund of the sums paid within fourteen days of termination.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the product in which to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or bear any penalty.
To exercise this right, simply write to contact@houseofpeace.fr stating the contributor number. The product must be returned complete, unworn and unwashed, in a condition that allows it to be resold. Return costs are borne by the buyer. The refund is made within fourteen days of the product being recovered, using the same means of payment as that used for the order.
7. Legal guarantees
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code (Code civil)). These guarantees may be exercised free of charge by contacting contact@houseofpeace.fr.
8. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint may be sent to contact@houseofpeace.fr. If a dispute remains unresolved, the consumer may refer it free of charge to a consumer mediator. The contact details of the appointed mediator will be given here as soon as they are designated: [to be completed]. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Personal data
The data processing carried out is described in the privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction under the conditions provided by law.
