The Ledger
Every drop gets its own line. Pieces sold, amount given per piece, total raised, organisation, transfer status and receipt. If this page doesn’t say it, it hasn’t happened yet.
Some T-shirts have a label. Others have a reason.
| Drop | Cause | Pieces | Per piece | Total | Organisation | Transfer | Receipt |

How we count
The total raised is the number of paid orders multiplied by the amount given per piece. Refunded orders are taken out. No costs are deducted from it: the amount is fixed in euros, not a percentage of a margin nobody can check.
When we pay out
The transfer happens after the order window closes, once any refunds have gone through. The date and receipt are added here. As long as the “transferred on” field is empty, the money hasn’t been sent yet — and this page says so.
