Privacy policy

This page describes the processing of personal data carried out on https://archi-hub.tailb36393.ts.net, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data collected and purposes

Orders: Email address, name, delivery address, size ordered, amount paid. Purpose: performance of the sales contract. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Waiting list: Email address and source of sign-up. Purpose: to let you know when a drop or a range opens. Legal basis: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Technical logs: IP address and timestamp of requests, kept temporarily to limit abuse of the forms and payment. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service.

No bank data is collected or stored by us: payment is handled entirely by Stripe.

Retention periods

— Orders and accounting records: ten years, pursuant to accounting and tax obligations.
— Waiting list: until consent is withdrawn, and at most three years after the last contact.
— Technical logs: twelve months at most.

Recipients and processors

— Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland) — payment processing.
— Supabase — database hosting, European region.
— Resend — sending of transactional emails.
— Site host — application hosting.
— The carrier selected for delivery, for the shipping address only.

No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes. Where any of these processors transfers data outside the European Union, the transfer is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The browser’s local storage is used solely to remember your bag and whether the intro sequence has already been viewed. These uses are strictly necessary and do not require consent. Details on the cookies page.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. To exercise them, write to contact@houseofpeace.fr — we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

To unsubscribe from the waiting list, simply use the link included in every email, or write to us: deletion is immediate and permanent.
